Q. I think my Micromedex account is incomplete

Compared to the other students in the program, my Micromedex access is limited. I normally access it through Carpenter library but still cannot get full content. I was wondering if someone could access my account and see why it is different?

Answer

If IBM Micromedex® does not display correctly in Internet Explorer, it may be because Compatibility View is enabled. Use one of the following options to disable Compatibility View.

 

Note: Depending on the version of Internet Explorer, your browser may look slightly different than the example.

 

 

Option 1

 

1.    Click Tools in the Internet Explorer menu.

2.    If Compatibility View is checked, click on it to disable it.

 

 

Option 2

 

1.    Click Tools in the Internet Explorer menu.

2.    If Compatibility View is not checked, click Compatibility View settings.

 

 

 

3.    Uncheck Display all websites in Compatibility View, if applicable.

4.    If micromedexsolutions.com is listed in the box in the middle of the window, click on it and then click Remove.

 

 5.    Click Close.
