List of references will not display while using CWYW
When patron clicked on Insert Citation button in Word, it took her to the Find & Insert My References pane.
It would not let her change the find pane to search for her own references. Instead it displayed "{9}" and displayed error message "Server Busy This action cannot be completed..." see attached image
After investigating her document, found that there were other curly bracketed text throughout the document.(not EndNote codes) EndNote uses curly brackets {} for it's own code fields. When base text uses these brackets, EndNote looks for citation and cannot find it. It will give error.
Change curly brackets to different styles like parens () or square brackets []. Do not change curly brackets for EndNote field codes.
